Shri L C Saraogi, The President, All India Agrasen Technical Education & Research Foundation (AIATERF) is a well known personality in the field of education for the last 4 decades in northern India. He believes in hard work and always says “Success is measured not by what you create for yourself but by what you leave behind”.

Shri L C Saraogi, the son of a small trader, now have successfully established many organizations and touching newer areas of education as progression of the time.  As a man of honesty and integrity, he sets an example for all and loves to stay with the students, motivating and molding them into idea students. In the highly competitive field of education, his carefully chosen steps have shown the path of progress to make out his institutions as the best valuable institutions. He is a passionate leader with accurate communication skills and a long track record of successfully managing organizations. He is well recognized Chartered Accountant by profession, with extensive knowledge of all current economic, social and regulatory issues. An inspiring and motivational director with first-rate interpersonal skills and the ability and passion to develop the vision of any company he manages. He is able to push performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering growth. Possessing vast managing directorship and CEO experience he always ensures that clear objectives and expectations are delivered and continued all the time. He has proved that with commitment and dedication one can make a mark and attract the attention of millions.

He is actively involved in social service and generous in donating a lot to CMs Relief Fund, Cargill Relief Fund, Helpage India and other social service organizations. In true sense he is a social reformer and always thinks about how to bring positive change in the lives of rural population, so that quality of life blossom from the downtrodden of the society. According to him education is a kind of weapon by which poverty can be minimized step by step. He has keen interest in rural development and that’s why he has established his institutions in rural area

Mr. G.P. Kandoi , Vice President AIATERF

Mr. Ganesh Prasad Kandoi, a Commerce Graduate from St. Xaviers College, kolkata who started his business career in the year 1968 now carries more than 40 years of vital experience in the transportation business.

His contribution and dedication is immense to bring KTL to such heights. He is socially very active and is holding various prestigious posts in many social organisations such as Chairman- Melvin Jones Lions Eye Hospital, National Vice-president – All India Marwari Federation, President- Agarwal Vikas Trust, Ex-President- Interstate Transport Association. President- Cuttack Marwari Samaj, Gen.Secy. – Shree Gopal Krishna Goshala he has also been awarded Bhamasa Award from Hon’ble Chief minister of Rajasthan for his valuable contribution in the field of promoting education & building schools in Rajgarh & Sidhmuk in Rajasthan.

Under the strong leadership and guidance of his excellence, Purvi Bharat Steels Ltd. won the best entrepreneurship award from Hon’ble president of India. He took over a hard coke sick unit, M/s Nandighosh Coal & coke product Pvt. Ltd. in 2000 and revived the unit. In a time span of 3 years, the unit wiped up all the losses and went for expansion of double the quantity. He along with his partner took C&F agency of Hindustan Uni-Lever for whole Odisha state in 1999, which is doing pretty well.

Due to his enumerous contributions to the society at large, All India Agrasen Technical Education & Research Foundation, New Delhi is proud to induct him in the BOG as Vice President.

Lalit K Saraogi, , Secretary- AIATERF:

Er.Lalit K Saraogi, General Secretary AIATERF along with chairman plays a key role in defining the vision, mission and strategy for the growth and development of AIATERF. He brings in his invaluable experience in managing people at various levels ensuring a smooth and satisfactory relationship. He has vast experience in administering and maintaining the campus, designing and executing students activities to achieve the all round personality of the students. It is his deep rooted academic interest that fuelled his endeavors in the field of education.

He is an engineering graduate in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Bangalore University Karnataka and member of different professional bodies. He is the most energetic member of the management team and actively managing the educational institutions. With the full dedication to the overall management coupled with the guidance provided by learned professors, the college has achieved great height in the field of engineering and technical education. He believes that our nation needs not just engineers and managers but virtuous men and women who can be trend setting processionals and entrepreneurs armed with integrity and discipline and good citizens’ capable of utilizing their talents in building our nation into a world power.

By nature, he is an innovator and entrepreneur with 20+ years in business leadership.  Summarily, he may be introduced as experienced in all aspects of business formation, operation, finance and management, visionary product developer, effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages assets in teammates to reach organizational goals. Shri Sunil Kumar Saraogi, Treasurer of the AIATERF holds a degree in commerce. To hone technical and managerial skills, he has taken advanced training in the computer application and management. His deep interest in financial management makes him an astute professional. The credit of rapid and meteoric rise of the group goes to his skills in planning, budgeting and managing resources. He has been a guiding force behind the success of the group. Though he spends his most of the time in the administrative work of the college, he always keeps himself abreast with the latest developments taking pace in the field of technology. An avid lover of touring around the globe, he always brings handful of information on innovations taking place in various topics.
